Where One of London’s Top Chefs Eats in London

This week, we’re in London with Chetan Sharma, Chef-Patron of BiBi, one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants — and one that has long been high on my personal list to visit. Out of all of our London editions, this is one of my personal favorites.

Before opening BiBi, Chef Sharma worked at some of Europe’s leading kitchens, including Mugaritz and three Michelin-starred L’Enclume. Today, BiBi is consistently ranked among London’s most acclaimed restaurants, including by the Michelin Guide and 50 Best Discovery. Most recently, Chef Sharma released his debut book with Phaidon, BiBi: The Cookbook: Stories from My BiBi.
