This week on The Relisher, we’re in Stockholm with Tommy Myllymäki — one of Sweden’s most celebrated chefs and the two-MICHELIN-starred force behind AIRA.
Known for representing Sweden on the world’s most prestigious culinary stages, he earned Silver at the Bocuse d’Or—often called the Olympics of gastronomy—and Gold at the Bocuse d’Or Europe. Most recently, he was selected to cook for the Nobel Prize Banquet.
In this Stockholm edition, he shares where he actually eats, from his favorite restaurants to the bakeries, wine bars, and the Swedish design boutique he considers unmissable. He’s never shared these places in an interview before.
