This week, we’re in San Francisco with Richard Lee, Chef and Co-Owner of two-Michelin-starred Saison.

Richard is a San Francisco native who has cooked in some of the most decorated kitchens in America, including New York City’s three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park. Under his leadership, Saison has maintained its two Michelin stars and, this year, was ranked No. 21 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Below, one of America’s leading chefs reveals:

  • His favorite restaurants, from what he considers the best California-Italian restaurant to the best Chinese restaurant in San Francisco

  • The restaurants he takes visiting chefs to, including where to find the best burrito in town

  • The best pastry shops, his favorite cocktail bar, and where to get one of the best burgers in the city

  • And even his favorite restaurants in the world

A Google Map with all of the locations mentioned is provided at the end of the interview.
