The Relisher is where the world’s top chefs reveal their favorite hometown restaurants. This week, I met Chef Clare Smyth, the first and only British female chef to be awarded three Michelin stars for her restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth, in London.

Chef Clare Smyth has trained in some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Alain Ducasse’s Le Louis XV in Monaco, and at three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. She also catered the private wedding reception for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
