He is one of the fastest chefs in history to go from opening a restaurant to earning three stars. In 2023, Jordnær was awarded Restaurant of the Year by the Danish Dining Guide (Den Danske Spiseguide), and in 2025 it ranked No. 56 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants extended list.
