A Two-Michelin-Starred Chef’s Favorite Places to Eat in London
Get the best of London with the chef behind the world’s 86th-best restaurant.
Welcome to another London edition of The Relisher! This week, I sat down with chef Isaac McHale—the chef and owner of the two-Michelin-starred The Clove Club, recently ranked 86th on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and named the UK’s No.1 restaurant by The Sunday Times. He’s also behind the newly opened Bar Valette.
Widely regarded as one of London’s most influential chefs, Isaac trained at top kitchens including Noma in Copenhagen under René Redzepi.
Below, he shares his personal London favorites—from restaurants and wine bars to the bakeries, coffee shops, and stores he loves most. A Google Map with all of the locations is provided at the end of the interview.
